Internship
Programme is meant to bridge the gap between the
real life business and theory that is taught in
academic institutions. It is simulations of the
business environment that enable students to experience
the rigours of the business organizations.
The Objectives
of the Internship programme:
Provide an opportunity
to the student, to apply the concepts learnt
in the classroom to a real life situation.
Sensitization of
the student to the environment of a work place
by assigning a time bound project in the company.
Provide to the student
a platform to develop contacts in the corporate
world.
The Internship programme
emphasizes faculty supervision during the project
and the evaluation of the student's work at
the work centre with active involvement of Senior
Managers.
The
Mind Pool School of Management provides a wide spectrum
of corporate placements to the students on completion
of the programme.The meritorious students shall get
a priority for job placements in Rajasthan Patrika,
provided they match the requirements of Rajasthan Parika
management. MPSOM also has tie-up with reputed business
houses, through its placement cell " The Mind Pool
-HR Consultancy", which is a bridge between the
Corporates and MPSOM students.
